Thank you for scheduling a post-conviction eligibility consultation with AJB Law Firm. We’ll use this meeting to talk through your goals, the basic facts of your case, and whether a set aside, record seal, restoration of rights, or another option may fit your situation.
Before Your Appointment: Please Email Your Documents
Please gather any paperwork you have related to the case and email it to our office before your consultation. You do not need to have everything before the appointment, but the more information you send in advance, the easier it will be to evaluate your options.

- ✓Court name and county
- ✓Charging documents, sentencing documents, or minute entries
- ✓Probation discharge paperwork or proof of completion
- ✓Proof that classes, treatment, jail, prison, probation, or other court-ordered requirements were completed
- ✓Information about fines, fees, or restitution
- ✓Any prior petitions, orders, denials, or restoration paperwork
If You Do Not Have Everything Yet
That is okay. Start by sending what you have. We can usually identify what documents may be missing and what needs to be pulled from the court or other agencies.

Whether you were convicted, the case was dismissed, you were found not guilty, or you were arrested but never charged.
Your timeline
When the case ended, whether probation or sentence terms were completed, and whether any waiting period may apply.
